Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy of Friede Allen e.V. (hereinafter referred to as “Peace unto All” or "Mir Vsem" project)

1. General Information

1.1 The Peace unto All Project Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how Peace to All processes the personal data of (a) the User of the website https://mir-vsem.info/ (the “Site”), (b) the Charity, collectively referred to as “Data Subjects” and individually as “Data Subject”.

1.2 Personal Data, or data, is any information that can identify Data Subjects directly, such as name, email address, or that is linked to a Data Subject indirectly, such as language choices or correspondence.

1.3 "Mir Vsem" processes Data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applicable data protection laws.

1.4 By contacting Mir Vsem or cooperating with Mir Vsem through the Site, the Data Subject acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the Privacy Policy.

2. Data Controller (operator)

2.1 For any questions related to the processing of Personal Data and the exercise of its rights, the Data Subject may contact Mir Vsem by email at let.the.peace.be.unto.all@gmail.com.

3. What data Mir Vsem processes

3.1 Charity Data:

During the donation process, Wix Payments collects the name and email of the Benefactor, the amount of the donation and consent to the Donation Agreement and User Agreement.

The payment is processed by the payment service provider based on its own agreements and processes the data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

“Mir Vsem” receives and stores data about the transaction, such as: date and time of the transaction, its size, card name, last 4 digits of the card.

Purpose of processing Personal Data: for accepting the donation and sending the check.

Basis of processing: Execution of the contract and fulfilment of legal requirements.

3.2 Data about the use of the Website

“Mir Vsem” collects information about the use of the Site by the User.

This data includes information about the User's activities on the Site, such as:

  • personal language settings.

  • visits and interaction with the Site.

Purposes of processing:

To provide the Site and personalize settings. Basis of processing: Execution of the contract.

To identify malfunctions of the Site and to improve its operation. Basis of processing: Legitimate (legitimate) interest.

The processing of data on the basis of legitimate interest means that “Mir Vsem” uses the data for the following purposes:

  • to develop and improve the Site;

  • to ensure the security and usability of the Site.

“Mir Vsem” may aggregate, report and analyze any information it collects for the specified purposes. Before doing so, “Mir Vsem” anonymizes the information collected. Anonymized information may be used by “Mir Vsem” for any purpose. The anonymized information does not identify the Data Subject and is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies

Cookies (including similar technologies) are files created by the websites visited that allow collecting information about the User's device and his/her actions on the websites visited (hereinafter referred to as “Cookies”).

“Mir Vsem” uses the following categories of Cookies:

  • Necessary - help make the Site usable by providing basic functions such as page navigation and secure access to the Site;

  • Preferences - allow you to remember a User's personal preferences. For example, the Site's language selection;

  • Analytical - helps us understand how Users interact with the Site by collecting and reporting anonymized information.

“Mir Vsem” does not collect or share information for marketing purposes.

Mir Vsem uses Wix Analytics services (“Analytics Services”) for the above purposes.

5. Data transmission

“Mir Vsem” may transfer information to the following categories of persons:

Analytics Service Providers

For the correct functioning of the Site, memorizing the settings of Data Subjects;

Payment service providers

To process payments (donations);

Providers of other services

“Mir Vsem” may contact different service providers to achieve the purposes set out in this Policy.

6. Data Storage

”Mir Vsem“ stores Personal Data of Data Subjects for the time necessary to (1) fulfill legal and contractual obligations, (2) exercise our legitimate interests, or (3) for the duration of your consent as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Once the information no longer serves these purposes, Mir Vsem will delete it.

At the Data Subject's request, Mir Vsem will delete and/or anonymize Personal Data without undue delay, but no later than 30 days. “Mir Vsem” may retain some Personal Data where we have a legal right or requirement to retain such Personal Data, for example, if:

  • “Mir Vsem” is required to retain the data in order to fulfill legal, tax and accounting obligations and/or any other legal obligations. “Mir Vsem” will retain the required data for the required period;

  • it is necessary for the fulfillment of the legitimate interests of Mir Vsem.

7. Rights of data subjects

7.1 Right of access to their Personal Data - The Data Subject has the right to request a copy of their Personal Data and/or the manner in which the Personal Data is stored.

7.2 Right to rectification - The Data Subject has the right to request that his/her Personal Data be amended or corrected if it is inaccurate.

7.3 Right to erasure - The Data Subject has the right to request that all or part of his/her Personal Data be erased, for example if:

  • they are no longer necessary for any processing purpose;

  • consent has been used as the legal basis for their processing;

  • there is no legal requirement for further processing of the Personal Data.

7.4 Right to object - The Data Subject has the right to object to the processing of his/her Personal Data on the basis of a specific situation and/or to object to the processing for direct marketing purposes.

7.5 Right to object to automated processing -The Data Subject has the right to object to a decision based on automated processing. This means that the Data Subject has the right to request a manual verification of his/her Personal Data if he/she believes that the automated processing of Personal Data may not take into account his/her unique situation.

7.6 Right to Data Portability - The Data Subject has the right to request a copy of his/her Personal Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (e.g., xml, csv). In addition, the Data Subject has the right to request that the Personal Data specified by him/her be transferred directly to another operator/controller.

7.7 Right to lodge a complaint - The Data Subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular with the Member State of the European Union where he/she habitually resides, works or where the alleged infringement takes place.

7.8 To exercise any of the rights, the Data Subject has the right to contact Mir Vsem by e-mail: let.the.peace.be.unto.all@gmail.com. Mir Vsem is obliged to carry out identification of the Data Subject before executing the request.

8. Violations of personal data processing

A breach of the processing of personal data, if not dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner, may result in physical, material and/or immaterial risks to the rights and freedoms of the Data Subjects. Therefore, as soon as Mir Vsem becomes aware of a breach of the processing of personal data, Mir Vsem undertakes to notify the Data Protection Commissioner immediately, but no later than 72 hours, unless such a breach does not put the rights and freedoms of the Data Subjects at risk. If such notification cannot be received within 72 hours, the reasons for the delay shall be set out in the notification.

9. Cross-Border Data Transfers

“Mir Vsem” may transfer Personal Data to data controllers (operators) and data processors, outside the European Union (“EU”) or the European Economic Area (“EEA”) for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy.

In such cases, Mir Vsem agrees to include in agreements with controllers and data processors located outside the EU or EEA issued by the European Commission the standard contractual clauses (“SCC”) adopted by the European Commission as a mechanism for data transfers from the EU.

11. changes to the Privacy Policy

“Mir Vsem” may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the Agreement will be posted on the Site. By continuing to use the Site, the Data Subject acknowledges that he/she has read and agrees to the updated Privacy Policy.
