Former rector of the All-Tsaritsa Church in the village of Srednyaya Akhtuba.
He recorded an anti-war video address in which he anathematized all those who initiated the war. Under the threat of criminal prosecution, he was suspended from serving and was forced to leave both his parish and the country. Currently, he is awaiting the restoration of his opportunity to exercise his priestly ministry.
